Mostly Asked Questions

DO I NEED ADDITIONAL TICKETS FOR GUESTS IF I'VE PURCHASED AN RV, TENT, OR CAMPING SPOT AND HAVE MORE THAN TWO PEOPLE COMING?
Yes! A RV, Tent or Camping ticket is separate from an entry ticket. Each person in your party must have a ticket to enter the event.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Trained certified service animals are welcomed. Handlers will be required to provide certifying documentation upon request. Wristbands required.

Is a ticket required for everyone?
Any guest aged 2 years and older needs a ticket to enter the campgrounds Saturday’s Music Festival. Tent or Camping ticket is separate from an entry ticket. Each person in your party must have a ticket to enter the event. Wristbands required.

Is the campground ADA accessible?
Yes, most camping spots are situated on level ground to ensure ADA accessibility. Please Let staff know if you have special needs.

Can I leave and re-enter the campgrounds?
Campground Guests are allowed to leave and re-enter the campgrounds. However, the Saturday Music Festival enforces a no re-entry policy. Staff and approved personal only.

Are all camping activities free?
While most activities during the event are covered by your camping spot fee, a few activities may involve additional costs from vendors. Please refer to the activities page for more details.

Can I bring food and beverages to the event?
If you are camping, you are permitted to bring your own food and beverages. However, NO outside food or beverages are allowed within the Festival Grounds on Saturday.
Is on-site parking available?
Ample on-site parking is provided. Please note that on-site parking may incur an additional charge.

Is there a designated ride-share drop-off zone?
Ride ride-share drop-off/pick-up zone will be available on Gustin Rd.

Can I choose my own camping spot?
Our reservation specialist will contact you to gather necessary information and allocate all guests to suitable RV spots based on their rig size, etc. If you are arriving with other campers, please indicate this in the provided link so that proper arrangements can be made.

Can I bring my own pop-up tent on Saturday?
Yes. In designated areas only.

DO I HAVE TO BE A CAMPER IN ORDER TO GO TO THE FESTIVAL?
No, the music festival on Saturday is open to both campers and non-campers who purchase a Saturday Music Festival day pass.

Are there restricted hours of operation for generators?
Generators can be operated from 8am- 9pm in all camping spots.

Can I bring a chair or a blanket?
Yes, you may bring your own chair, but it must be a single chair, foldable, and low to the ground to ensure it doesn't obstruct the view of other attendees. Blankets are allowed, but they should not exceed 5 feet by 6 feet in size. Both chairs and blankets must be placed in designated areas.

Is the event cashless?
Bring both cash and card to be safe. The Box Office will be cashless. Bar, Food Vendors, Market Vendors, all accept cash and cards in most cases.
